can’t make the meeting?
If you aren’t available to join the meeting, please fill out the proxy form in your packet, authorizing someone to be your proxy. This ensures that there is a quorum. If there is no quorum, nothing will be voted on. If you didn’t receive your proxy form, download it below.
Ways to RETURN YOUR PROXY:
By email: Send your proxy to Aileena Pacheco Aileenap@argo.com (and cc the board at garden75board@googlegroups.com) before September 29, 2026
By snail mail: Mail the hard copy to Aileena Pacheco at Argo. 17th Street, New York, NY 10011 with enough time that it arrives before September 29, 2026.
Hand delivered: Give your form to a neighbor who is attending.
