Water damage was found in the garage. We have contracted with a vendor to ensure that future water damage is mitigated, and that current issues are addressed. Unfortunately, this means that the garage will not be re-opened this week, but hopefully by the end of September.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The majority of the work is completed on the garage, but additional work is needed to address new water intrusion.

Complete the waterproofing
Paint the garage
Wrap up the project.
More information, including a timeline, will be distributed to residents with parking spaces in the next two weeks.
